Not Happy With This Refrigerator Freezer

I bought this model in early May 2020 (during the lockdown when my old refrigerator broke) and discovered a lot of frost on the interior ceiling of the freezer and the interior of the door, which are supposed to be frost-free. The appliance also made strange noises. A replacement was delivered to me a few weeks ago. This replacement also makes frost, but I will have to live with this situation. Also, the wire shelf in the freezer is installed on the lower of the two available rungs. I have asked the distributor, Gerhards Appliance of Ardmore, PA, to have someone come to my home to raise it. (This company frequently delivers appliances to people in my 541 unit condo building.) The distributor had someone successfully raise the shelf on the original freezer, but the people whom I'm dealing with in the distributor's office now refuse to send someone and ignore my pleas. I had asked the maintenance department of my condo to adjust it, but the man who tried could not do it. So, I am stuck with a freezer in which it is hard to place food items under the shelf and the ones above the shelf are piled on top of each other, which necessitates removing each one every time that I want to use an item on the bottom of the pile or in the middle of it. I am planning to renovate my entire condo including my kitchen and two bathrooms. But I will not buy any products that are manufactured by your company or distributed by Gerhards. I'm also not happy with the way in which this refrigerator/freezer is designed. Too many of the operating parts of this appliance are placed in areas where food needs to be stored. One example is the fruit and vegetable bins in which only 2/3 of the bin is available for food.
