2 of these died on us, one of them 4 uses in

I am pretty let down by this unit. As a small business, we rely on our mixers for important production of bread and pasta. After using a KitchenAid artisan for years, we needed something larger that would be more reliable and help us up production. We did a lot of research, and purchased one in February of this year. Two weeks ago, it died mid-production. We were sent a new model, and it died after four uses. This is definitely not a unit that is designed for commercial use. For one, although the production info sheet available online states that the attachment hub fits all KitchenAid attachments, after calling KitchenAid after the second unit died, I found out that you are actually not supposed to use standard KitchenAid attachments with the unit. Further, there are not commercial attachments available. The person on the phone said that this might have been a cause of a unit dying. Although I was told that the units ship with a sticker that says to not use the standard attachments, ours did not have this, and this is in opposition to the information provided online and reiterated in the user manual. We certainly would have looked for a different and more fitting unit had information online not said that the unit fits all KitchenAid attachments before we spent $700 + tax. Also, for bread making, the unit does come with a sticker that says to not use the dough hook on a speed higher than 2. While on the phone with a KitchenAid representative, I also found out that you are not supposed to knead dough for longer than 3-7 minutes, and that you should not stop the machine mid-knead. Again, had this information been more upfront, I would have found a unit that better suited our needs. However, this is not available in the product description, user manual, or website. The specifications for use do not fit a commercial setting, and, frankly, KitchenAid misrepresents the capability of the unit. I sincerely encourage individuals considering this unit to look at a different option. This unit is definitely not suited for a commercial setting, and it seems that KitchenAid is still dialing in the model. After having one die on me in 7 months, and one in under a week, I regret purchasing this unit. Somehow still have an Artisan model that is still kicking, but the Commercial models are disingenuous in how they present the unit. Also, as a restaurant, I'm timid toward online review culture. However, given the pushback and misrepresentation, I thought this was the best way to bring this serious any very legitimate concern to Kitchenaid in what is my first online review of anything ever.
